Privacy Policy

The proposal form asks you to provide your name, your email address, and a description of what you are planning. Three further fields are optional and can be left blank: your company or organization, a project type, and a date or timeframe.

The form does not ask for a phone number.

What you send is used to reply to your inquiry, to discuss the project you described, and to prepare or follow up on a proposal.

It is not used for newsletters, marketing lists, or advertising.

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to Bia Production's business inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that a reply reaches you directly.

The application does not store form submissions in a database or write them to disk.

Some pages include video from YouTube and Vimeo. Nothing is requested from either provider when a page loads: what you see first is an image stored on this site, and the player is only loaded if you press play.

Once you do, that provider receives the request and any technical information that comes with it, and handles it under its own privacy practices rather than this one. YouTube videos are embedded through its privacy-enhanced domain, and Vimeo videos are requested with its Do Not Track setting enabled. Those settings limit what the providers collect; they do not remove them from the picture.

Bia Production uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how people use this website: which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them, and which sections and links they interact with. It also reports general technical and traffic information, such as approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or search that brought you here.

Analytics is optional and off until you say otherwise. Nothing is loaded from Google unless you allow analytics: no script, no cookie, no request. If you decline, none of it loads at all, and the site works exactly the same either way — every page, the proposal form, and the video players behave identically whichever you choose.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies once it is allowed, and what it gathers is processed by Google under its own privacy practices rather than this one. It is separate from anything you type into the proposal form: the contents of the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

The site does not use advertising pixels or session recording. This policy may be updated if the site's practices change.

The site stores one value in your browser's local storage: whether you allowed or declined analytics. It is kept so the choice is remembered on your next visit rather than asked again. The preference itself is not transmitted as data — but it does decide what happens next. If you allow analytics, the site tells Google that analytics consent is granted, that advertising consent is not, and then loads Google Analytics. If you decline, Google Analytics stays blocked and nothing is loaded from Google at all. Clearing your browser storage clears the preference, and the choice will be asked again.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may then set cookies, or use similar browser storage, to measure how the site is used. Apart from those two things, the application sets no cookies of its own.

A video provider may set its own cookies or storage once you have chosen to load one of its players.

Form submissions are sent through Resend to Bia Production's business inbox. Bia Production does not sell visitor information.

You choose what to put in the form, and the three optional fields can be left blank.
