A customer story works best when it sounds like a person—not a script.

What We Produce

The right form changes with the story.

Some projects begin with one person and one important idea. Others require several locations, a larger crew, or a set of films planned together. The format should follow what the business needs to communicate—not a package chosen in advance.

Beka Namicheishvili directing a participant during a production in New York

Filmmaker-Led

The person shaping the story stays with the project.

Beka leads the work from the first conversation through final delivery. The person learning why the film is being made also helps prepare the people on camera, directs the production, and stays accountable for the finished edit.

Some productions are intentionally lean. Others need additional cameras, sound, lighting, producers, hair and makeup, a teleprompter, or specialized crew. The team expands around the work; the creative direction and point of accountability do not change.

  1. Find the direction

Clarify what the business needs to communicate, who needs to understand it, and where the finished film will be used.

  2. Prepare the people

Develop the interview questions, talking points, structure, schedule, and practical details that help the filming day feel calm and purposeful.

  3. Film with the right crew

Build the production around the real scope—camera, lighting, sound, direction, and any additional specialists the work requires.

  4. Shape and deliver

Edit the strongest material into the agreed films, finish the picture and sound, and deliver the correct versions for their intended use.

A clear process gives people on camera room to be natural—and gives the edit something worth using.
