Each session is built around one primary film: the piece that carries the full explanation and is still useful long after the shoot. Shorter cuts can come out of the same footage when they are wanted.

It’s a free 20 to 30 minute call to talk through the project, your goals, who needs to be filmed, and the basic logistics. It gives us enough context to recommend the right production approach and next steps.
No finished script is required. We can work from a few key ideas or talking points and shape the conversation from there. The goal is not to make people sound rehearsed, but to help them explain what they know naturally and clearly.
Most shoots take around two hours to a half day, depending on the number of people, locations, and what we are capturing. We plan the schedule in advance so the production fits around the work already happening in the space.
Access to the filming space, the people being filmed available at the agreed times, and one point person who can help with access or scheduling if something changes. We handle the production setup and filming.
