Filmmaker-Led

Filmmaker-led from planning through final delivery.

Bia Production is led by Beka Virtue, who works directly with your team to plan the coverage, guide interviews, and maintain the visual standard from the event through the final edits. When the scope requires additional camera operators, audio, livestreaming, or photography, the crew expands around the event while Beka remains accountable for the production.

On a live event day, that continuity matters. Creative decisions are made by someone who already understands the schedule, priorities, and moments that cannot be repeated.

Before you ask

How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, though we have covered events booked the same week. Earlier means more time to plan the coverage around your agenda.
Can you cover more than one room?
Yes. Crew and camera count scale to the agenda and the venue, so parallel tracks are covered rather than sampled.
Do you take audio from the venue desk?
Yes, with a separate recording running as backup on every session, and lavaliers on speakers where the room is difficult.
Who owns the footage?
You do. The organized library is yours to keep, raw files included, with no licensing terms attached.
