The Complete Event Story
Every session covered wide and tight, with clean audio off the desk.
The room listening, laughing and applauding, which is what sells the day.
The venue, the lighting and the scale of it, filmed as a place.
The conversations between sessions, where much of the real business happens.
Branding, activations and signage, covered so partners have something to show.
The texture and cutaways that hold every edit above together.
Leadership on camera, settled and briefed before the first question.
Customers and guests caught on the day, in their own words.
What You Receive
The whole event as one short, cinematic cut.
Complete talks, edited, colour corrected and titled.
Each voice cut as its own standalone piece.
Vertical 9:16 versions for social, cut from the same footage.
Burned in, or as separate files, wherever you need them.
The full library, labelled and dated, so nothing is lost.
Livestreaming and event photography can run alongside the same shoot as add-ons.
Turnaround is agreed before the shoot and scales with the event: raw footage first, finished films after.

Filmmaker-Led
Bia Production is led by Beka Virtue, who works directly with your team to plan the coverage, guide interviews, and maintain the visual standard from the event through the final edits. When the scope requires additional camera operators, audio, livestreaming, or photography, the crew expands around the event while Beka remains accountable for the production.
On a live event day, that continuity matters. Creative decisions are made by someone who already understands the schedule, priorities, and moments that cannot be repeated.
How it runs
A run of show, the shot list, and the crew the day actually needs.
Multi-camera coverage, clean audio, interviews scheduled around the agenda.
Edits, cutdowns, captions and the organized library, in one handover.
